ABOUT - Shiraz Events is a premier event design, production, catering and model staffing company in NYC, Miami, LA and London. Shiraz specializes in corporate events and weddings. 

MY ROLE - As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Shiraz Events I was involved in all outgoing event proposals as well as event production. Event proposals included venue scouting, furniture and prop sourcing, budgeting and deck building on Indesign. During my time I was the Production Assistant of the annual New York Krug House and finalized the venue, a multi million dollar mansion, load-in and out schedules and on-site coordination. For a Elle and Revlon pop-up I organized a candy table to coordinate with the make-up colors. I was involved in many other events and client management. Also as part of my role I managed the Vice President's calendar and scheduled his appointments. 

CLIENTS - ClientI worked with while at Shiraz Events included Cloudy Bay, Krug, Rent The Runway, ELLE, Revlon, Johnnie Walker as well as proposals for Teen Vogue, Women's Wear Daily Beauty Summit, Fashion Week, Ferrari and many more.
